About Me

I built this practice because generic thyroid advice was not enough.

After my own PCOS, Hashimoto's, and normal-lab frustration, I learned how exhausting it is to look fine on paper and still feel off in real life.

Story

The reason this work exists.

I know what it feels like to keep trying harder while the symptoms still do not make sense.

My own health experience exposed the gap between being told something is “normal” and actually feeling well.

That is what shaped this practice: a focus on Hashimoto's, deeper testing, and practical support around the systems that keep women stuck.

What clients value

  • Clear thinking instead of vague reassurance
  • A plan tailored to their own biology
  • Coaching that connects symptoms instead of separating them
  • Recommendations grounded in real life, not perfection

Why Personalization Matters

Similar symptoms should not lead to the same plan.

Two women can both have Hashimoto's and still need different testing, nutrition, and coaching decisions. Shared symptoms do not mean identical root causes.

What women are used to

  • Being handed the same advice that helped someone else
  • Being told to just take the medication and eat less
  • Trying medications, diets, or supplements without a clear why
  • Getting symptom management without understanding the underlying pattern

What I do instead

  • Use your symptoms, thyroid history, and lab context to understand the whole picture
  • Build recommendations around what your body appears to be asking for
  • Stop guessing, stop copying, and stop forcing generic Hashimoto's plans to work

Principles

The philosophy is direct for a reason.

I want you to understand what I am seeing, why it matters, and what we are actually doing about it.

Treat Hashimoto's as a whole-body problem, not just a medication conversation.

Make weight loss support practical enough to live with.

Progress should come from nourishment, sequence, and fit, not force.

Trust

Women usually feel the difference when the plan fits.

“Kristin helped me connect the dots between my Hashimoto's symptoms, digestion, stress, and weight resistance instead of treating each issue like it lived in isolation.”
